Track Your Package
As soon as your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number and the service providers name which will let you track your order online, from our warehouse to your doorstep 24X7.
This tracking facility is available for orders shipped through express courier and in some cases in orders shipped through registered Express Air mail.

Delivery Guarantee
If for any reason your order does not arrive, a credit will be applied to your credit card equal to the amount of your purchase, or a replacement shipment will be sent to you.
Notify the pharmacy of lost shipment if any by email to support@onlineushealthcare.com
that includes your order No. and the courier tracking number. The pharmacy will immediately investigate the circumstances of your case, and contact you and either re-ship the order to you free of all additional charge, or refund your total purchase price. Refunds will be made by electronic credit back to your initial source of payment.
